Through the People Development Process we have established a common personal development process for the complete Dürr group, which includes topics such as talent management and succession planning. The target group are all employees of the Dürr Group in leadership positions and employees without leadership responsibility but with leadership potential - we want to engage our employees in the best way as well as motivate and retain them in the long term.

By introducing People Development we create a common understanding of our employees, their potential and their corresponding requirement profile. The process ensures a consistent feedback culture and a transparent staffing of management positions.
